1. Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Final sale items, accessories, and gift cards are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
